Arthur Haxhiu, RCM, B.A.
President
With over 20 years of experience in the field of Property Management, Arthur is well-qualified to provide leadership, support and guidance to his team. As President, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as for assuming a consultative role in the turnover process of new buildings. While he acts as the liaison between Property Managers, contractors, and Boards of Directors in all aspects of property management, his responsibilities also extend to mitigating client complaints, preparing proposals for presentation and taking an active role at meetings. His hands-on approach ensures that all Corporations, including Andrejs Management, adhere to policies and procedures with the goal of providing the optimum level of service to his clients.

Mina Diakanastasis, BSc
Vice President of Financial
Mina joined Andrejs Management in September 2012. In 1994, Mina graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree and a specialty in Economics from the University of Toronto. Before joining Andrejs Management, Mina worked doing accounting for 13 years in the manufacturing industry in Toronto. Continued by acquiring an accounting position with Thomas Cook - one of the largest travel organizations in the world offering accounting, tax, consulting and financial advisory services for 6 years. Her extensive practical knowledge of business accounting and tax issues, coupled with over 20 years of experience has made her a trusted business advisor among many owner-managed businesses in Toronto. Her extensive experience includes corporation reorganizations, estate planning, personal and corporate income tax compliance and planning for owner-managed businesses.

Royce Lim has extensive practical knowledge of business accounting and tax issues along with overseeing the financial division and all the administration for over 20 years that has made her a trusted business advisor to our clients.
